This downstairs level office is available for rent for $375 monthly. This is a generously sized office that provides great value. These downstairs offices provide a high level of privacy and a quiet work environment. We have desks and chairs available for furnishing these offices, so there is no need to wrestle any of your own furniture down here. If you do have a favorite chair, however, there is also easy elevator access to this level. Refer to the ‘Office Floor Plan’ tab for the exact location of this office in the building.

 

These offices have the same high speed internet as the upstairs offices. They also have the same great services offered for the entire building, including a free phone service, unlimited access to the conference rooms, mail receipt and distribution, and more. We have flexible lease plans, but our minimum lease is 6 months. You will not be provided a utility bill.
