Our largest office. This office is ideal if you need a space that can accommodate a small team of people at once. This large office has a whiteboard across one wall and enough space to coordinate a large project. We have additional office chairs and desks to furnish this room once you are ready to move in. You will have access to our services such as free fiber internet, free phone service, unlimited conference room access, and mail receipt and distribution. You will need to see this one in person to fully appreciate it.

The Mezzanine workstations are ideal for those on a budget, or any who do not need as much space as a full office provides. These workstations are spacious and still include all the amenities our building provides, making them a fantastic value at just $175 per month. You can expect free fiber internet, free phone service, unlimited access to our conference rooms, and more. We provide flexible lease plans, but our minimum lease is 6 months. A utility bill is not issued.

Our main level offices are available for rent for $400 monthly. Located on the main level of our office building, you have full access to amenities such as fiber internet, free phone service, mail receipt and distribution, access to our conference rooms, and more. Refer to the ‘Office Floor Plan’ tab for the exact location of this office. The minimum lease is 6 months and you will not be provided a utility bill.

These downstairs level offices are available for rent for $375 monthly. These are generously sized offices that provide great value. These downstairs offices provide a high level of privacy and a quiet work environment. We have desks and chairs available for furnishing these offices, so there is no need to wrestle any of your own furniture down here. If you do have a favorite chair, however, there is also easy elevator access to this level. Refer to the ‘Office Floor Plan’ tab for the exact location of this office in the building.

These offices have the same high speed internet as the upstairs offices. They also have the same great services offered for the entire building, including a free phone service, unlimited access to the conference rooms, mail receipt and distribution, and more. We have flexible lease plans, but our minimum lease is 6 months. You will not be provided a utility bill.
